20.01.2022 Lubrication Engineering recently attended a Hard Rock Quarry on the NSW South Coast, completing routine maintenance on a large Jaw Crusher. During the maintenance, the team replaced some defective grease distribution blocks, which were identified during a previous months inspection. This indicated to the customer that the lube system was not operating to its original manufactured specifications, as a consequence LE was engaged to supply, fit and test new Bijur Delimon grease valves blocks to the current lubrication system, therefore ensuring continued lubrication to an important piece of production equipment.

11.01.2022 Lubrication Engineering service team members Paul Jessen and Travis Dunlevy visited a large industrial bakery on the weekend to complete some speciality, lubrication system maintenance. The internal tubing fitted to a system that lubricates the elevator chains was replaced as well as all the flexible lines on the top of the oven. The system was then flushed and commissioned to ensure it was working as designed. Regular lubrication system maintenance helps ensure machinery is lubricated correctly and runs efficiently, greatly reducing the risk of costly breakdowns on your machinery.
