It is built from a mixture of materials and the design makes the most of the limited space on the site. There are some cool views from the top floor too.

05.01.2022 Distressing to hear of a young lady who saw the house she bought off a plan, to find it much smaller than she thought. When she questioned it, and noted the original plans had a Queen bed in the drawing of the master (which would definitely not fit!), she was told to read the fine print where furniture not to scale was buried. Thankfully, stories like this are in the minority in our industry. But it just makes us want to raise the bar.
