10.01.2022 Lucas Bloodstock had a good morning at the recent Eagle Farm trials with a win and a second recorded by horses carrying the Lucas brand... Entanglement: a Kacy Fogden trained daughter of Sun Stud's Bel Esprit and the Listed Bright Shadow Stakes winner My First Affair, she was an encouraging second in the second heat. A bargain for her owners, she was sold for $10,000 at the Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale. Grey Defence: looked good winning the third heat for the Les Ross Stable. A son of Instinction and the six times winning Civic Hope mare Zekeza (dam of the Gr.3 placed Defence Missile), he too was a great buy for connections - also sold at the Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale for $10,000.
