25.01.2022 Thank you to Well+Good for this wonderful mention of our ointment. So many great uses listed in this article. Love the tip about using it to remove stubborn eye-liner too. Thanks! https://www.wellandgood.com/lucas-papaw-ointment-review/

25.01.2022 Hi Im Sharon. Ive been working at Lucas Papaw Remedies for almost 10 years. I love and appreciate the role I have here. When I started we were in a smaller building that has now expanded and we have much faster filling machines - crazy fast! I love our ointment and I use it for my lips, for burns and I also use it to remove my mascara as I feel it conditions my lashes. I love that real fruit / papaw goes into making our ointment. Enjoy your day. #thepeoplebehindtheredtube

22.01.2022 Big thanks to Dr Ian Morrison and all the team at Medland Dental in Brisbane for all the wonderful care they provide to the community. They have been soothing patients lips with Lucas Papaw Ointment for over 20 years (maybe longer?)!

20.01.2022 Education is so important in learning how to manage your Type 1 Diabetes. We were very proud to support the Carlton family to experience the Jelly Bean cruise run by the Danii Foundation #daniisgift https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AN8VM2xEvJQ

20.01.2022 Hello my name is Sonya. I've worked at Lucas' Papaw Remedies for over 10 years. I remember being really nervous when I started because I had been a stay at home Mum for many years. I was welcomed so warmly by my supervisor Barb who took me under her wing and helped me so much. Since then we have expanded from a team of five people to 30 and now I'm a Senior Supervisor. I absolutely love using Lucas' Papaw Ointment for my cracked lips in winter as a lip conditioner. I also r...eligiously use it as a barrier on my hairline / ears when dying my hair so the dye doesn't bleed onto my skin (good tip there!). It is also amazing for baby bottoms, minor burns and cuts. When I tell people where I work they always say "Wow, can you get me some? That's great stuff!". I love the fact that we are a family business and the only factory that makes Lucas' Papaw Ointment from start to finish. We hand peel and seed the papaws, then do the fermenting, then make the ointment, through to filling the jars and tubes, then packaging all under one roof.

20.01.2022 Hi there, Im Elizabeth. Ive been working at Lucas Papaw Remedies for over five years. Over this time the other staff members have been really friendly and we have put in place lots of upgrades to our machinery that has streamlined our processes. I mainly use papaw ointment on my feet. I do a home pedicure then finish off with papaw ointment to soften the tootsies! I have heard people comment that they mainly use the product on their lips, burns and grazes. ... Our owners and staff take pride in our product from peeling the papaws to the shipping. We all do our best.

20.01.2022 #FlashbackFriday A lot has changed in the past 20 years we now send our ointment around the world, we are listed on the TGA as a therapeutic product and we have super wiz bang machines but we still peel our fresh Queensland papaws by hand! Heres Lynette in 1997 (standing), our General Manager and Dr Lucas Great-Great-Grandaughter alongside other members of our team and family preparing the papaws for fermentation. #FBB #Lucaspapawremedies

18.01.2022 Big thanks to all the veterinarians! Of the many professions doing it tough this year, the lovely veterinarians who care for our pets are experiencing disproportionate mental health challenges from depression, anxiety and burnout. They are often confronted with devastating animal health conditions, they are not always able to meet customer expectations, pet owners are experiencing high financial hardship and euthanasia is a challenging part of everyday. We have been very pleased to support an upcoming wellness conference for vets and hope they know how much we love and appreciate the work that they do for our best friends.

18.01.2022 Hi I'm Ricky . I've worked at Lucas' Papaw Remedies for over 15 years. When I started we had one machine filling our tubes and jars. Now we have three big machines that are super fast. I recommend our ointment to people for their lips, ingrown hairs, removing splinters and skin irritations. People often tell me that they try other papaw ointments but come back to ours because it works. We are an Australian family-owned company and the workers work like family. It has been th...is way for over 100 years. Thanks for using our ointment. We enjoy making it for you.

18.01.2022 Congratulations to the University of Queensland's COVID research team on progressing to the next stage of developing a safe vaccine. 14.01.2022 #FlashBackFriday Here is Dr Lucas original sign from his medical practice in Melbourne when he first arrived in Australia (circa late 1800s). We love that his hours at first glance look like he had work / life balance sorted but more likely he was conducting hospital rounds and seeing surgical / wound care patients during the day. I wonder what he would think of todays pace of life? Have a great weekend! #FBF
