05.01.2022 Homemade smoothie bowls are hands down my favourite way to have my protein and they also so bloody delicious. They are so easy to make! I include my usual frozen blueberries, 1/4 avocado, vanilla protein powder and then use less almond milk than I would for a shake. When it comes to decorating, it’s either what’s left in the fridge or how creative I’m feeling.
