04.01.2022 You are invited to try Partner Stretching in Sydney park on Thursday 19th of April at 5.30-7pm. We meet up at the outdoor gym behind Alan Davidson Oval in Sydney park at 5.30pm. Please bring a yoga mat or a towel, and a water bottle. The class will include solo and partner stretches. Working with a partner for some of the positions will make it possible to experience a deeper stretch in a safe manner. The method we use will be explained in more detail on the day. Partner st...retching is great fun and effective for improving flexibility! You can find photos of Partner stretching in our Instagram feed. The goal is not only to become more flexible but to counteract the less desirable effects that stress has on our body.
