25.01.2022 Babies are on the move!

24.01.2022 We did a mini photo shoot yesterday with our calves and their mums, and we just had to share the cuteness with you. The bubs in the first picture is less than 24hrs old, and boy did the mum send us on an adventure to find her when she was calving, she was hidden under the trees and reeds all by herself, we took her back to the yards and both mum and calf are doing great

23.01.2022 For those who havent been following our stories, heres an update on our calf situation. 6 down, 15 to go. Theyre pretty tricky to get photos of the Mums like to hide them well.

23.01.2022 ****** this is now booked, thank you everyone ******** We have 2 x 3 night blocks available these April school holidays. They are both in Ringwood Cottage which sleeps 8 people. Ringwood is not at the main area of chalets, it is a 1km drive away on a separate part of our farm. Those guests who stay there are welcome at the main area where the dam, canoes and animals are, but it is a 1km drive as there is a main road which separates the two properties. If this is of interest to anyone, just let us know 97611733.

17.01.2022 TWINS!! The newest additions to the herd, a little boy AND a little girl. Mum and bubs are in the yards for a little bit so we can keep an eye on them, make sure theyre strong. Did you know: That when twin cows are 1 boy and 1 girl, most of the time the girl is infertile.

Loads of entertainment all weekend, Friday Saturday and Sunday. The street party all day Saturday where they shut off the main street and have markets stalls, food and entertainment is my favourite

05.01.2022 If you wanted another baby but that ship has sailed, a baby kangaroo is ideal. 3 hour feeds sleeps alot but very needy, likes to follow you everywhere and loves cuddles. So gorgeous!

They come in all shapes and sizes but they love their children all the same, even when theyre a little different(in the case of the wonderful chook mum who hatched 7 beautiful baby turkeys). With all this virus drama and the travel bans, Its left our Perth friends unable to make the journey down to join us this weekend, but if youre in the South West Area, give us a call ...on 9761 1733 and maybe book a special treat for mum! Or come join us feeding the animals in the morning and spend the day exploring Bridgetown for a lovely day trip to forget about this isolation for a little bit. Or if youre stuck for gift ideas and want something a little special for mum, why not buy her a gift certificate for a night away, or a horse ride through our lovely bush. 01.01.2022 One little Turkey chick out, 17 to go... shes going to be a busy mum!

01.01.2022 Many hands make light work, even the littlest of hands! The older kids from the chalets got stuck into it, feeding hay out for the cows, even our friends out to visit got the kids involved. And our newest addition to the herd made an appearance, look at those markings, such a cute little calf.

01.01.2022 After a long few days of waiting for this girl to calf, she finally delivered a beautiful little baby, with a little bit of help from us. Only a few more to go before all the calves are born and running amuck through the fields, and no doubt terrorising their mothers
