20.01.2022 Last week I completed my 50 hour Yin teacher training at the beautiful @byronyogacentre. We learned about Meridians, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Fascia, Adjustments, the benefits of Yin, Yin vs Yang and Props. We spent a lot of time hanging out in postures like this one Sphinx. Holding for long periods of time, finding stillness and really going within ourselves. Even though it is a slow practice it can be both physically and mentally challenging. I have walked away with a great appreciation to this more modern practice and a thirst to learn more. I can’t wait to share what I have learned.

19.01.2022 Autumn early morning aerials Photo by me @lucindavarneystudio I love this time of year when the air is crisp and cold early in the morning. You never know what the day ahead will bring. It make it little harder to get up and practice Yoga in the mornings as it gets darker but the reward of sunrise is well worth it.

12.01.2022 I am ready to share my logo. Created by the very talented @havanahstar who channeled my personal lightcode and produced a stunning physical piece of art along with this logo for my business. What is a lightcode? It is a code of light used as an anchor point for light frequencies to be channeled into our physical realm. The physical art @havanahstar has created is a mandala with crystals to which I can meditate along with a personalised mantra. The process was magical setting intentions and a vision board. I did not know what the final product would be and left it to the universe. Thank you @havanahstar I love it and @nikitafurr forever grateful for such a beautiful gift.
