20.01.2022 Dear Customers, We would like to sincerely apologise for any inconveniences with ordering or contacting the store this evening. We have experienced a major technical difficulty which shut our system down. Therefore, any orders placed online had not been received despite a confirmation text sent out. ... Due to a high influx of calls coming in our phone lines were busy causing some customers being unable to reach the store. We would like to ask for your patience and understanding as we resolve the error. As we have lost some information on our system from this error we ask if you have previously made a booking for a future date, please give us a call to confirm again as we have lost this data and do not wish to disappoint on the night. 01.01.2022 UPDATE !! We would like to take a moment to say thank you for supporting us through this difficult time. We have extended our trading hours so that we are here for you when you need us! Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 5pm - 10pm... Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12pm - 10pm Here are some new policies we have in place. We thank you for your understanding at these tough times and appreciate your support Pick up: - We ask that you place orders via our online ordering portal through our website to avoid a cue forming at the counter. - You may place your order over the phone. However, due to reduced staffing it may incur a wait. - we have allocated a window by the front of the store which we will be handing out the pick up orders from. - we ask that you adhere to the social distancing laws and stand apart from other waiting guests. Should you wish not to pick up directly outside the store you may give us a call and let us know you have arrived and we may walk the order out to your car. Delivery: - Our drivers will be wearing gloves when delivering. - You may ask to have a no contact delivery: the drivers will deliver the food to the door, knock and step back 4 metres. When you collect the food they will leave. Our entire restaurant menu is available for takeaway & delivery. We also have catering options available should they be required. GLUTEN FREE available with penne pasta, large pizza base or any chicken and veal main meal. Vegetarian options also available.
