We would like to ask our customers, where it’s possible to do so, if you pay by card for your orders, this way it’s safer all around. 08.01.2022 Dear customers. We will be reopening the shop again on Wednesday the13th of May at 4pm. Delivery 5 till 10. Staff will still have the appropriate ppe on and will be taking measures to insure all staff and customers stay safe. Please share. Thanks

07.01.2022 Please share. Sorry about the confusion but we are now Closed. Lucky House would like to thank all the customers for there repeat custom over these last few weeks. We have done our best in ensuring our staff and our customers have been looked after to the best of our ability. We have now decided to close the shop from the 23rd March until the 13th April, where we will re evaluate the situation. We will keep all of our customers up to date with any further news. We can only imagine how desperate you are for our service to resume, and we said we would keep in touch with you about this. Currently we still feel it’s unsafe to re-open, we can’t ensure the social distancing between our staff, and our customers and feel the best way forward is to remain closed, until the end of April where we will reassess the situation again, unless told otherwise by our gover...nment. 02.01.2022 Just to remind our customers we are opening on the 13th May Sticking to the current guidelines we are offering both collections & deliveries, would appreciate any customers coming to the shop to preorder via the telephone, and only come to collect at the time you are given. This is to help limit the customers in the shop. We would like to think our customers have practised well at social distancing and will respect other customers who are in the shop, please be patient ...and bare with us at this time. We will be able to accept cash or card, whichever is suitable for yourselves, just be aware our staff will be taking safety measures and wearing the correct PPE to protect themselves. We are taking pre orders delivery for the 13th, any orders placed via messenger will be guaranteed. So if you would like to pre book please feel free to send your order via messenger from today to the 13th. You will be contacted between 4.45-5.15pm of the 13th to confirm your order, and payment can be taken over the phone if required. We are very much looking forward to getting back to work. Stay safe!
