24.01.2022 The Power of Social Media ~ On Friday the 13th of November Agent Nick Hollyoak posted an Instagram story of his new listing he had just signed up, a 3 acre horse property in Woombye. After seeing the Instagram story and having made a few phone calls we had booked an inspection for Monday afternoon for what I knew were the perfect buyers. By Tuesday afternoon we had the property under contract. Now 2 weeks later the 3 acre horse property at 164 Kiel Mountain Road, Woombye i...s SOLD and our brand new buyers will have the home they searched high and low for before Christmas.
