13.01.2022 Oestrogen dominance is a term used to describe a high oestrogen to low progesterone ratio. The two hormones work in partnership, however problems can arise if the gap between oestrogen & progesterone becomes too large. The good news is that oestrogen dominance is often diet/lifestyle related, which means there is SO much you can do to bring your hormones back into balance.
