19.01.2022 3 weeks ago you entered our world little man. Your calm and serene energy as I carried you for over 42 weeks inspired your name Ocean Florence (ocean flow ) for you taught me all about surrender and you have brought another level of Love into our lives. My first birth was a natural breech, feet first birth and I have always regretted not having any pictures to show the momentous moment that might empower other women that they can too birth however they choose. This time roun...d we got our dream wish and had another natural birth, this time in the water, in the serene sanctuary of home. I worked with such an incredible team of women, healers, midwives and spirit to manifest the vision I desired for this birth, and my body and baby Ocean heard the calling. I woke up on Monday morning sometime after 6am 3 weeks ago and said to my husband it’s time to fill the pool up, we called our amazing midwife @janineatibirth and in less than 1.5hrs little Ocean was born. They say the second time round is much easier and in my case this was true. I dedicated more time this pregnancy to visioning and meditating on my belief I could manifest a quick and calm birth, and while the ultimate lesson of birth is really all about rising to the challenges, drawing from our deepest strengths and surrendering to whatever birth brings and to what may be, I am ever grateful to have manifested the experience I wished for. I’m eternally grateful for the endless love you give us all and the inspiration you have been to our Phoenix so far. 02.01.2022 Mother’s Day flowers from my baby that remind me of my own amazing mum who keeps beaming her Love, light and guidance always, even in spirit! One of my most treasured experiences of being a mum now is that I get to pass all the amazing qualities, values and memories I received from mum down to my own children.
