22.01.2022 So Facebook likes to remind us what we were doing today in previous years, yes that's me 6 years ago. Initially I ignored it, I didn't want anything to do with ...this photo but throughout the day I realised I should be proud of it! I 20kg lighter, a size 12 vs 18-20. I'm happier, healthier and a whole lot fitter . It's possible to make small changes that make a lot of difference. I might not be a bikini model but I am proud of what I have achieved, this is the reason I am a Personal Trainer. See more
