16.01.2022 It would be stupid to believe that, once an issue has been solved, we will have solved it definitively, and, once we have learned one thing, we will always be aware of it. No, life is a great body that grows and decreases in different areas and at different rates. 05.01.2022 ~ español debajo ~ Making space for the new Two days ago we had our classic Moon Gathering. It was very beautiful and powerful to hold space for a group of twenty women who were reflecting and meditating on the influence of this New Moon on Cancer, the Eclipse of the Sun and the Winter Solstice for the southern hemisphere. Much is happening in the sky, and thus influencing each one of us and the planet. We talked about self-love, something that is circulating a lot nowad...ays and that at first glance seem easy to inhabit, but it is not so. Since it implies commitment, courage, and a lot of openness, vulnerability, and acceptance towards ourselves, on an inward journey. A journey of repair and deep self-knowledge in which we begin to recognize ourselves, being able to validate our boundaries and from there interact with the surroundings and others. We also took time to reflect on the beliefs, fears, and patterns inherited from our lineage that are no longer useful to us and that we are willing to let go, with gratitude, deep love and honoring them. We connected with our inner child re-signifying the importance of mothering ourselves as well as cradling ourselves THANK YOU DEAR WOMEN FOR THE SHARINGS! . . Creando espacio para lo nuevo Hace dos días tuvimos nuestro clásico Encuentro Lunar, pero de forma más íntima. Fué muy hermoso y potente sostener espacio para un grupo de veinte mujeres que estuvimos reflexionando y meditando acerca de la influencia de esta Luna Nueva en Cáncer, el Eclipse de Sol y el Solsticio de Invierno para el hemisferio Sur. Mucho aconteciendo en el cielo, y así influyendo en cada unx de nosotrxs y en el planeta. Tocamos algunos temas como el Amor propio, algo de lo que se habla mucho hoy en día y que a simple vista parece fácil de habitar, pero no es tan así. Ya que implica compromiso, valentía y de mucha apertura, vulnerabilidad y aceptación hacia nosotrxs mismxs, en una viaje hacia adentro. Un viaje de reparación y conocimiento profundo de nosotrxs en el que nos empezamos a reconocernos enterxs, pudiendo validar nuestros bordes y desde ahí entrar en contacto con el entorno. También nos dimos el tiempo para reflexionar acerca de las creencias, miedos y patrones heredados de nuestro linaje que ya no nos son útiles y que estamos dispuestas a dejar ir. Conectamos con nuestra niña interna resignificando la importancia de maternarnos y acunarnos. GRACIAS QUERIDAS MUJERES POR LOS COMPARTIRES! Lucia DAlessandro

02.01.2022 Very grateful for this past months teaching online. Last week was the last ‘Living Body’ practice, and I wanted to thank each one of you that has been part of the groups. Thank you for holding us together in this ether realm and net. I will miss my students that live abroad, but definitely we will find the ways to stay connected.
