For the lower tier, payments from the 28th of September to the 4th January will be $750 per fortnight, and from the 4th of January to the 28th of March the payment will be $650 per fortnight. To be eligible for the extension of the payments there will be a reassessment of eligibility, while eligibility for payments up until the 28th of September will not be reassessed. Businesses & non-for-profits will be required to demonstrate they have met the relevant declines in GST turnover in the June 2020 quarter & the September 2020 quarter compared to the previous year.
