20.01.2022 Have you been refused a loan in the past? This BIG change could help. Recently it was announced that ARPA have made some changes to the loan servicing requirements that lenders use. Prior to this change we had to assess your ability to repay at a minimum benchmark of 7%. However most lenders were assessing loans at 7.25% or above.... With the new changes, they are now required to assess at the loan product rate plus a buffer of 2.5%. This means that depending on the lender, a loan with a rate of 3.39% is now assessed at 5.89% rather than 7.25%. This single change will increase peoples borrowing capacity by thousands.
