Tidying up her Olympic lifts has been a big focus in the first phase of programming and from the video attached it’s been a successful first phase I’ve programmed Oly work to begin the session followed by EDT (Escalating Density Training) as the main component for the first 4wks Emily is on a really nice trajectory as we move into a deload followed by a Strength phase to bring up the main BB lifts ... @emilygiles #power See more

10.01.2022 SAFETY BAR KANG Squats. Took the plate version first shown to me by @vernongriffith4 and turned it up a notch with the Safety Bar to add more load Couple of options with this exercise. Either as part of a warm up prior to the primary lower body lift of the day or, as an accessory at the end of the session. Keep in mind that if you do this correctly your hammies will really thank you the next day ... NB: This isn’t a beginners exercise. #posteriorchain
