25.01.2022 Happy today to meet with Qantas ground crew staff Darryl, Michael and Mark and their Transport Workers Union - Queensland rep Peter. They are asking Qantas to keep staff jobs Australian owned and ensure jobs are not outsourced to 100% foreign-owned companies. Given the Morrison Government has been paying JobKeeper to Qantas I support their position.

23.01.2022 Gas is a critical enabler of Australias economy. It supports our manufacturing sector, that employs over 850,000 Australians and is an essential input in the production of plastics for PPE and fertiliser for food production. Increased gas supply will help to continue to put downward pressure on energy prices, providing much needed support to Australian workers and families. We are building a robust and competitive gas industry that will allow both gas producers and users to ...thrive, with lower prices and lower emissions benefiting all Australians. . . . #energy #aussiejobs #costofliving #jobs See more

20.01.2022 A great incentive to study education next year. Prices for next year's university fees are 42% lower under the Morrison Government’s Job-ready Graduates reforms. Job prospects are high too with a full-time employment rate of 80.6% and median full-time salary of $70,000, compared to the graduate average of 68.7% and median salary of $64,700. 18.01.2022 Today is Citizenship Day, where we reflect on what it is to be an Australian. My team and I gathered for a meeting this morning and we realised how diverse a bunch we are in this office. 18.01.2022 Our Breast Care Nurses do amazing work to protect and save lives of many Australian women with breast cancer. The Morrison Government has just announced a $3 million investment in 2021 for McGrath’s Foundation so they can carry on Jane McGrath’s legacy. Tragically nearly 3,000 lives were lost to breast cancer and more than 19,000 diagnosed last year.... We have also acted to increase the number of Commonwealth-funded breast care nurses from 57-102 positions by 2023.

16.01.2022 Good news coming out before Christmas. We just need to keep the wheels greased so we can get through this difficult period. Now is the time to think outside the square to advance Australias future.

11.01.2022 Agree waiting 4 years for Qld Labor to turn a sod on infrastructure projects is my greatest frustration as your Federal MP. (Think Linkfield Rd, Griffin on/off ramps, Gateway Bracken Ridge - Pine River, Beams Rd) The LNP is best to move Qld forward and get Qld moving again.

03.01.2022 This Saturday is more than a chance for a democracy sausage, it's an important time for Qld’s future. The current Labor Government has no plan to fix crime, water / road infrastructure or to tackle Queensland's unemployment rate which is higher than any other state in Australia, and has been since before Covid. Deb Frecklington MP, Amanda Cooper, Clark Siemsen - LNP for Sandgate, Yvonne Barlow - LNP for Murrumba, Kerri-Anne Dooley & Phil Carlson - LNP for Bancroft have a strong plan for Queensland and our economy, they're tough on crime and they're plan includes investing in our vital local roads, keeping your taxes low and giving you cashback in your pocket. 03.01.2022 I want to assure all Australians that our Government is committed to providing ongoing temporary levels of support to support them through the coronavirus pandemic and on the other side.
