21.01.2022 Every time I arrive home from our weekend Escapes, although I am totally exhausted I am on the biggest high and our Winter Magic Escapes last weekend was no dif...ferent. What a most magical place St. Albans is and to spend it with 9 gorgeous souls was a real treat. I can see why they call it the Forgotten Valley, what a hidden treasure so close to Sydney. We were lucky enough to be blessed with amazing weather and an amazing location at Lukes Hill Homestead. This was probably our most non stop jam packed escapes with guests smashing through a lot of things (if they opted in of course). We started the weekend with a trigger point and mobility session (some may say torture session) which got us all ready for the weekend activities ahead. We ventured along the amazing The Great North Road - Convict Trail Project Inc and onto the Finches Line, seeing us hike a total of 10km. A wonderful hike with amazing views and highly recommended. We also got to pick some mandarins for our lunch at Watkins Family Farm, so much fun! After a full day of activity and some quick downtime, with some guests opting for a Kahuna massage from fabulous Luke Kelly KaHuna Massage we finished the day with a beautiful Yin and Music event to see in the winter solstice. Anneriek from Yoga 4 You took us through an amazing Yin practise for a deep stretch after our big day and to the soulful devine sounds of Carmella Baynie, a beautiful evening. Lets not forget the Sunday morning circuit session outdoors in 6 degrees as well! These guys were so motivated and up for everything, I love it! A huge thank you to amazing Cory and her staff from Forgotten Valley Catering words cannot describe how outstanding our Friday and Saturday dinners were, just wonderful. A big thanks to Phil our bus driver for waiting for us all day and thanks to Kate from @St Albans Courthouse and Homestead for helping me source locals to complete my team for the weekend, much appreciated. Finally thanks to the 9 gorgeous souls that took a punt and jumped into the unknown and put their trust in me, but also took a weekend out for themselves to laugh, move, connect, explore and reset. You guys are the best and what make the weekend so special! Looking forward to our Spring Escapes in Bundanoon in September

The plan is to make this a monthly occurrence, so I’m now taking appointment bookings for Thursday the 29th October. All appointments will be 90 minutes long at an introductory price of $150. I will see only four clients each day, so please book in early to avoid disappointment.
