18.01.2022 Looking for an easy throw together breakfast? - 3 eggs - Splash of milk - Pinch of spinach leaves ... - Pinch of ham - Teaspoon of crumbled feta - Teaspoon of pine nuts Beat the Eggs and mix in the ingredients. Cook and stir for approximately 3-4 minutes (make sure the pan is hot prior to adding mixture). Tip: For those short on time try having the ingredients pre sliced and separately stored in containers to help speed up the process.

18.01.2022 GOAL ACHIEVED!! Nath came to see me back in July this year. At the time he was extremely run down and unhappy with the way he felt. I simply did his measurements and gave him a few tips and ideas that he could implement to improve his diet. Two weeks later he came back in and had lost two kilos and had began to feel a little bit better. At the time he had a goal to lose 20kg by the end of the year, we both knew that it wasn’t going to be easy and it was going to take a lo...t of hard work but we also knew it was achievable. Yesterday we weighed in, Nathan Mitchell lost a total of 21.5 kg along with a stack of cm’s! Even though this is impressive, the thing that stands out to me most is how much Nath’s over all demeanor has changed in this time. When we first met back I July he was a tired run down man, flash forward to now he has loads more energy and always has a smile on his face no matter what I throw at him. Congrats buddy, your continued hard work week in week out has paid off! I know there were times where you wanted to throw in the towel, but you persevered and came out on the other side! Enjoy your Christmas break, I am looking forward to seeing what we can achieve in the new year

17.01.2022 **PLEASE READ** Quick shout out to all of my clients and community around me Thank you all so much for support that you have all shown me it has been second to non and I will be forever grateful for that, having said that I too want to give back to the community. ... We all know that this is a tough time for everyone let alone those people who have lost their jobs or been forced to take unpaid leave. As a trainer and health coach it has always been my goal to deliver advice and training to any individual and I want to continue to do so more so then ever at this time, as we know the importance of keep fit and healthy with this situation at present is paramount. I have decided to introduce a "Free/limited donation system" for anyone who is out of work or struggling at this time. This allows anyone who is in a situation where money is tight to access my at home programming, they can choose to use the app for free or donate whatever money they have to spare it can be as little as a dollar. If you or anyone you know is in this boat please share this with them, please, please, please share this post . Thanks to you all I know how good it feels when people go out of their way to support you and it is my vision to continue this compassion and support with the hope of putting a smile on a few peoples faces in the process. 16.01.2022 How’s this for value! We recently picked up a whole chicken for $3 from Woolworths. To make it a little interesting, we put together an amazing rub of herbs and spices (that we found then in the cupboard) covered the chicken. We then baked it along with some roast pumpkin, sweet potato and steamed broccolini. ... This meal was large enough to feed 4-5 people and cost around $10 - $12! If you’re looking for something cheap, healthy and delicious give this a try.

There is so much uncertainty in the world right now however one thing that is for certain is the fact that we are in control of the decisions we make in the upcoming weeks and months. We are in a time where everyone around us needs support and not only that it is a time where you need to look after yourself even more so then ever before. Your physical and mental well-being is what will get you through this tough time!... My goal for these up coming months is to provide a service that not only delivers options to help you maintain your physical health but also your mental health, I want to be there for the community around me! Please reach out if you need someone to listen, I am not only a coach for physical health I am also someone who is passionate and caring and willing to listen when someone has something to say. Even though gyms are currently closed we are still being allowed to operate outdoors providing we follow the social distancing and adequate hygiene measures put in place by the government.
