We were asked to appraise this property for the owner and market data suggested this property could achieve around $350-$360 per week. Problem was this house was much larger than comparable properties and the quality of the renovations were a real standout. Vacant for just 3 days and rented for a premium price with a quality tenant in place for the next 12 months.

19.01.2022 Ever heard of a defence clause? Its a clause used for ALL government defence employees (eg: army personnel) when renting properties. In the event that the tenant needs to move away because of a posting order or defence commitment, they can do so by providing 30 days written notice. While the tenant still needs to return the property back in the same condition they received it in, they are only required to pay rent for a further 30 days. ... The goal of your agent is to ensure you have minimal true vacancy in between your tenancies. Here are three fun facts to get to know me a little better.... Fact 1: Ive known since age 14 that I wanted to work in the property industry. It started as a property obsession, fascinated by floor plans and architecture but grew into relationship building beyond this. Real Estate was a great fit.
