23.01.2022 Introducing the newest range of products made by us from locally sourced citrus (when in season) is our range of Cordials. Currently we have available Orange, Blood Orange, Lemon and Lime. These cordials are available at markets we attend, Soul Food Depot & Gallery (Narromine), DMC Meat & Seafood (Dubbo) and should also be available this week on our website.

21.01.2022 Ok folks I have crafted a new ‘Super Hot’ sauce and would like your opinion in names. The sauce is based on blood oranges and will have a substantial amount of reapers in it. I have thought of the following names... Devils blood Satan’s Blood The reapers blood Reapers Spit What’s your thoughts? Post script. I do have the name blowhard blowhole Burner which I used for another sauce but it wasn’t that good
