18.01.2022 The Beautiful Hong Kong Orchard under planted with Hardenbergia Comptoniana is a key feature of this North Fremantle Courtyard, providing shade to the seating area. The unsightly colourbond fence will be hidden by the Bamboo (Bambusa Textilis Gracilis) once it finishes growing. Star Jasmine growing along espalier steel wiring will add greenery to the courtyard wall. This young garden will be beautiful once it matures. 10.01.2022 CONSTRUCTION IN PROGRESS - AFTER AND BEFORE This is a project in progress in Willetton. Our client was after a usable entertaining and relaxing space. To minimise lawn area and to make the pool area look bigger and more inviting. Still a lot of work to go to achieve the finished result. Below is what we have achieved so far:... - Bullnose capping was attached to an odd shaped pool, which was challenging but yielded great final results. - Freo Stone 400x400mm Ice ridge pavers laid to raise the height of the pool area and provide an area for sun lounges and feature pots along the fence line. - Irrigation was modified and feeds for pots installed - A limestone retaining wall was installed along the fence line, with the paving header cemented on top. 09.01.2022 A day in the life a reticualtion technician! Kevin our senior Reticulation technician completed this problem solving job in 2.5 hours. With roots and everything buried under them its hard to appreciate how difficult a job like this is. First of all identifying the problem then digging while trying not break everything such as pipes and wires while getting rid of thick roots is an arduous task. We certainly are not the cheapest rate but look at the result- all fixed up neatly... and to standard within a short time frame. Less experienced or operators with less care would take longer and have a less satisfactory result Mayby with lingering issues. Mayby with a total cost of more! 08.01.2022 Have any issues with brown spots and broken sprinklers in lawns? We can easily convert your current pop ups to these efficient sprinklers and stop them getting broken too! There is a reason our lawns and gardens stay healthy and green. Nice tall pop ups, set out 50mm off the edge so an edger will not hit them, 25mm beneath the lawn so a lawn mower will not damage them. They have head to head coverage here one sprinkler overlaps all the way to the next for deep watering to th...e roots and these sprinklers are water efficient with heavy droplets cutting through the wind and not getting blown all around. They apply the water slowly reducing run off and allowing the ground time to absorb the water better. 05.01.2022 Its amazing what you can do with a small space Although the front garden is less than 25m2 total this project brought together a number of exciting elements to create a stunning finish. The black powder coated wall was our own custom design supplied and fabricated by the amazing team at Green Earth Enterprises. This visibly appealing feature also serves as retaining and covers the frame at the front of the deck. The gabions were also powder coated black which contrasted b...eautifully with the pinks and light greys of the South West Riverstones. Finally an inset letterbox with black faceplate was installed. We selected Ekodecks Greystone Plus to continue this theme as a front door landing, running out to the new gabion letterbox. The paving extension and retaining dealt with the slope on the RHS of the front yard and gave the client some much needed extra parking space. Finally the plants were installed with a high quality topsoil from the Green Life Soil Co and Summer Stone Fines as mulch to finish. It was such a pleasure to design and construct this project. This client also left us the following Facebook review I have no clue about landscaping and had very few ideas about what I wanted to do but Penny took my ideas and the tone of the rest of my house into account to create something beautiful, original and perfect for my place. I would NEVER have thought of what she suggested but I love it. The work was completed so quickly and all of the guys were so easy to deal with and really kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The site was always left clean and tidy each day and their attention to detail was impressive. I honestly couldnt say a bad word about the whole experience. 02.01.2022 New coastal garden created in North Beach. The initial concept and design was planned by our in-house design team and then installed by us. We used large volumes of high-quality soil mixes with added Sand Remedy to improve water retention. This was particularly important due to the heat and wind being in such an exposed location.... Water efficient MP Rotary nozzles where installed to help with the high winds in the area. These sprinklers perform better in windy areas than traditional misty sprays. These were set out for overlapping coverage. The beautiful Sir Walter lawn that arrived was just green, green green! One of the highlights of the job was the windy path we designed and installed using summer stone fines, Corten rusted steel borders and circular pavers. A low maintenance coastal garden was planted using species suitable to the location and exposed area.
