05.01.2022 There is a $10 booking fee is required for any booking which is non refundable. That fee comes off the price of your appointment. I understand that circumstances arise where you are unable to keep your appointment but i require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. Cancellations with less then 24 hours will have the booking-fee retained by Lukes Remedial Massage & Lashes. Less then 12 hours You will also be required to pay 50% of the cancelled service prior to re-booking or you will be unable to book further appointments. Cancelations 2 Hours or less before appointment and no shows will be required to pay the entire amount of the forfeited appointment or will no longer be able to book. Thankyou for understanding.
