We connect you and your loved ones through an app-to-wearable (and wearable-to-wearable) link that will allow the app-user to send you a check-in buzz! The app (or desktop platform for your local surf life saving team) can show your location with coordinates if you're in trouble If medical services are needed, they can find your emergency contacts and medical history- especially great if you have a rare condition or... allergies to medicines We love our first responders and all they do for us!

21.01.2022 As much as Luksea loves the ocean, we love exploring in general with you! Here's our adventure ambassador and avid traveller, Luke, in the Chiricahua Mountain range near Arizona. Doesn't it look bucket list-worthy? The largest of the "sky island" ranges in the Coronado National Forest, you can enter through the New Mexico side and come out through the Arizona end! This special place is also home to so many flora and fauna found nowhere else in the U.S.A We can't wait to join your trips around the world!

21.01.2022 A mixed bag of weather over the weekend for our third water test! It just goes to show that Luksea will be there for you through all conditions Our wearable has two buttons that, when pressed in the water, will send back a signal to the whoever is using the connected app. One button is just to check in and say you're OK, while the other sends an emergency alert out, asking for the appropriate services. Happy to say that both functions passed our expectations with flying colours! A huge shoutout to our hardware engineer, software engineer, and industrial designer for this huge step in Luksea's development P.S. 18.01.2022 We've got an exciting announcement to round off the working week! Did you know that one of our supporters is the NSW Government of Australia? Thanks to their help and guidance, Luksea has been able to move further with our project and get the equipment we need to turn a small idea into a wearable and app that you can use very soon! The team is super grateful that they've taken us under their wing to help with beach safety and connectivity in this land we call home. We can't wait to see what comes next!

The team are getting very close to showcasing their amazing efforts and we can't wait to share them with you! When our founder was figuring out exactly what she wanted Luksea to be, she knew that it would be made to keep users safe and let them easily communicate with each other. Our recent water test at Bondi Beach involved the new app (currently in development) alongside the wearable device and it passed our expectations with flying colours!
