16.01.2022 I’ve selected 5 prints for my final print run and ‘Abbot Kinney’ is one of them. Named after the famous Boulevard in LA where I purchased a piece of lace, then came home to my studio on the Mornington Peninsula and printed it with ink on to paper. This image was shot by @armellehabib and styled by @greenhouseinteriors in 2016. This house was my studio in 2018. A beautiful ending to a rash trip to LA. 14.01.2022 I wrote a letter for the Isolation Issue of @theslowdownpress this letter captures my feelings and thoughts 4 weeks ago as I navigated my way through the realisation big change was coming. My words are fearful and vulnerable, yet certain of what I want. We are still selling through stock and I’m gathering energy to finish my last original paintings for Lumiere. 07.01.2022 I thought I’d start today sharing an artwork and artist I love. Lorraine Kabbindi White @stonecountrycreations Kinga - Crocodile and water lilies.... Kinga djama ka-bangmingun nameke nawu na-kerrnge ba-bom, ka-bawon, kaluk yerreka bu ka-nudmen aneke ka-ngun. The crocodile [sometimes] will not eat prey that it has freshly killed, but leaves it, then after a while when it rots, it eats it.
