17.01.2022 CONSTRUCTION COMMENCING Construction of Adelaide's most prestigious building - the 33-storey glass tower which will be home to the new Sofitel Adelaide and the luxury Luminesque apartments - will commence in May. Daniel Palumbo, Managing Director of Palumbo Group, was joined by the Chief Operating Officer of AccorHotels Pacific, Simon McGrath, and the SA Tourism Minister, The Hon Leon Bignell MP, to make the announcement from the Luminesque display centre on Currie Street on Wednesday. The announcement marks a huge milestone for the project, representing the culmination of several years of work with one of the world's leading hotel brands to create what will undisputedly be Adelaide's premier hotel.
