24.01.2022 2018 marked the third year of Lumino Events producing the South Australian Sport Awards. The energy in the room continues to grow each year, with the 2018 event delivering the highest attendance in the history of the event. Sport is an amazing connector in South Australia of people and Channel 7s Mark Soderstrom drew out engaging interviews from Sporting Legend past and present. Thanks to Channel 7, The Advertiser and also Haycom coming on board as a sponsor and supplying... the largest curved projection screen in Australia for the event. 22.01.2022 If youre wanting to impress A-list guests and position your charity event at the top of the Adelaides social calendar, youre going to have to think differently. From the moment guests descended the stairs onto a ballroom floor they knew they were about to experience something different. As dancers moved among the crowd in luxury costumes, they parted the ballroom floor to receive our VIP guests and bring the Queen of the Magic ball (Channel 7s Edwina Bartholemew) to the ...stage to welcome our guests to the Magic Ball, the most exclusive event of Rios Carnivale. To carry of the theme the guest experience need to be continuous and immersive. By challenging the traditional norms from guest arrival and table placement through to integrating the major auction into our over-arching theme. While the Premiers Games Appeal is a charity fundraiser, we werent going to stop tonights party. Our talent continued to surprise and delight throughout the night bringing to stage live appearances from legendary sporting talent (Bruce Mcaveny) and key note speakers (John Coates) who were among the guests at the ball. From the unique room layout, to Nicki Bombas Bustamento band keeping the momentum as they play. We set out to challenge the traditional format of charity events create an incredible guest experience. If you always do what you always did, youll always get what you got. We love this quote and it was top of mind when connecting The Magic Ball theme for the 2016 Premiers Games Appeal Dinner. From a raised entry into an open ballroom and the band already playing, through and hidden stage pieces that came and went to bring focus to a moment in the night, this event had an enormous number of layers that were revealed throughout the night. 14.01.2022 The new Heineken 3 marquee set the standard at this years Adelaide Cup and Autumn Carnival allowing young Members were able to enjoy a premium experience with the Heineken brand. Built over an F15 series Hocker pavilion, the Heineken bar was designed by Lumino Events and provided a raised VIP viewing deck, premium furnishings, laser cut bubble screens and most importantly, cold tap beer that flowed freely for the first time on the champagne lawns. Lumino Events transformed the Thunderbirds 20th Anniversary awards evening into a intimate long-table dinner with glamourous styling. 03.01.2022 Lumino Events partnered with the Economic Development Board on this inaugural conference, designed to challenge thinking and present business opportunities around ageing as a rapid growth sector in our economy. The plenary sessions and exhibitors shared a dynamic contemporary space, enabling exhibitors and delegates to informally network during breaks. Traditional plenary seating was replaced with banquet rounds, couches and bench seating enabling delegates to listen from an ...environment that best suited them. Peter Berner, as Emcee kept speakers on-time, the energy high and jokes perfectly timed. The success of this format was clear with delegates staying for the closing remarks.
