Just head to the website, (there is no cost!) and grab a timeslot and up to 5 of your friends (its ok if you just want to book as and individual or couple). 01.01.2022 So thought it was about time I give you guys an update on what's been happening the last 6 months Obviously, the first BIG THING....WE MOVED! Our shop front is Luminous on Norman "Gifts and Event Hire" in Gordonvale but we are still maintaining Luminous Cairns as our online outlet.... So like both pages ok? Now the online is going to get a major overhaul early next year thanks to a Qld Gov grant but we will tick along until Christmas with as many goodies as I can list Delivery in the Cairns area will also recommence......yay!!! This year has been tough AF for the elves. Numerous health issues and relocating has been hard BUT we're actually pretty happy that it's happened. We've downsized but we have kept the essence of what Luminous Lights has been about for the last 8 and a half years. In my spare time, to initially help some of our more vunerable customers, I started a discussion group called @Covid-19 Cairns Discussion. 8000+ members later !!!!! including respected medical experts, we act as a communication tool for all things related...you are welcome to join if you want some good honest info I bring it up because 2020 WTF?????? I believe stupid covid is gonna be a thing for a few years, and I believe a smaller, more personalised shopping experience is the way of the immediate future. We will offer a safe environment for you to shop whilst doing what we do best....have a natter, hopefully make you smile and showcasing all our goodies. We will be moving into more Australian designed and made, hopefully with a bit of local as well x And of course FREE giftwrapping as always. PS: Lucy Shop Dog has come out of retirement and she's loving going to the shop most days and she may permit you to pat her Think about your shopping habits this Christmas season....its going to be different. Start earlier and think about WHERE you are spending your dollars. And try doing it safely (avoid peak times, wash your hands etc) you know the drill. Shopping parties are coming....OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER....watch this space ...this is EXCITING woot woot!
