24.01.2022 Paying attention to the signs and signals that the universe is giving you can really give you great insight into whats going on in your life. On Saturday when I was giving myself a reiki treatment while I was earning my certificate, this little bird was playing in the bird bath Kaz had in her back yard. Then the same bird turned up in the yard and Id not seen it in our yard before. Im always watching the birds so this one stood out. Just saw another one and finally looked ...up the meaning. Check out the pics below, highly relevant considering Im beginning my journey into energy healing. Feathers mean things, if youre seeing the same colour feather multiple times, look it up! Particularly if you happen to look randomly to a spot and there is a feather. Listen and pay attention, recurring numbers or even songs that you randomly hear can be signs your guides or higher self is trying to get your attention!

21.01.2022 Hey Lumies, just checking in! I participated in a global meditation today and it was wonderful. The energies around at the moment have been so crazy and intense for me, Ive been working like crazy on myself and am feeling so much more centred and happy which is a really nice change from the last 12 months. Ive recently started a pendulum heading course which I am very excited about. Im meditating every day and I finally joined a jog a class. Only took me 15 years lol. There is a lot going on energetically in the world this year. Ok sure you are aware to some degree (ahem coronavirus). How are you feeling at the moment?

20.01.2022 Another year down. Another Christmas and New Year done. There are many things I wont miss about 2019 and people we will. I feel like for me 2019 was a huge year for learning and change for my family and I. As I recover from an almighty all nighty New Years, and just 2 days till I turn 36, I feel hopeful and determined to make this year count. This marks the beginning of year 4 of my spiritual journey. Year 1 was figuring out what it all meant to me. Years 2 and 3 were about ...figuring out what I wanted to do with it and now, its time to do. Of course the learning wont stop, not ever but this is what I want out of this year for Lumisoluna, and I hope youll be there along side me as I navigate through it. I dont want to call them resolutions. Maybe goals. I dont like labels. 1. A steady stream of Reiki clients. 2. I wish to create a couple or a few little workshops throughout the year 3. I want to start a free social group where like minded people can hang and chat about synchronicity and all things woo woo 4. Personally I want to normalise our diet. 2019 was a hard year for routine because we drove so much for school and I ran out of time a lot. So cooking most nights is a high priority this year. 5. And lastly Id like more self discipline to work on the business, routines and some set outs for being creative. How about you? What do u want out of this year.

20.01.2022 OMG feathers are following me guys...Yesterday I saw a hot pink feather fly through the air past my car when I was driving the kids to school. While I was getting my reiki 1 attunement, there were 2 black feathers on the lawn beside us and then the following day when getting reiki 2, there were 3 that formed a perfect triangle. I asked the universe for exactly what I wanted in a massage table, then saw a big white feather fly across the sky right in front of the car. PAY ATTENTION! Youre getting messages all the time, if youre willing to hear them, you will Affirmation: "I am open to signs and guidance from the universe"

Experimenting is fun but I tend toward the same colours all the time so Im making a sheet of every colour mixed with every colour. I have 24 colours and so Ive got 20 sheets to go. Some colours I thought were gross have mixes beautifully. Once Ive done them all Ill pick out the ones I like best and so larger swatches and see what amazing was I can get. #alcoholinkartist #beautifulcolour

16.01.2022 Today marks the New Moon in Aquarius. I dont know about you but my mind, body and soul have been in a tizzy leading up to this one. Its the first new moon of the year and some believe the real new year where 2020 begins. I just so happen to have the night to myself which is so rare. Im planning a night in to perform some new moon rituals. I began doing this about feb last year to assist in manifesting our house that I live in now but once the move happened and the deaths ...in the family, it got forgotten about as things do. I was working closely with the moon and it was awesome so Im taking this coincidental night off and new moon to begin again. Heres a rough plan of what I am planning. - long cleansing bath with exfoliating beforehand, salts and essential oils. Possibly a white candle. - some journaling, writing out of what I want to release and what I want to manifest. I may do some drawings of what I want to bring in. This doesnt mean rehashing the past, just a symbolic letting go. -meditation maybe a guided one if I can find something good - a reading, tarot and oracle - smudging the house. Omg its been so long. - reiki/chakra balance - talking to my guides Ill probs start doing this once Im alone. - setting intentions. -resetting my healing room. Its still in Christmas decorations storage and extended family sleep space. Need to transform this space so badly (and hopefully find my wedding rings) Not 100% sure of the order Ill do it all in yet but I will write out a plan and follow it. This is a special new moon and I may not do every step every full moon but working with the moon when I was doing it was so great last year and it really did I believe help in manifesting our new home. 2019 was such a year of extremes. This year I want to let go of my past and focus on the future. I cannot tell you how excited I am for some me time. 08.01.2022 Reiki 1 completed yesterday. I know I had done it once before but Kaz has such a better and more me way of teaching I really connected to it all so much more. You dont realise what a baby you are in spirituality until youre in the presence of some beings. Truly blessed to have chosen just the right teacher for me. Swearing and all Today will be more practical and a bit more theory or so I understand. Im truly looking forward to practicing. My normal routine of drinking coffee and watching Netflix isnt sitting right this morning. Shifts are happening and my foot problem is about 50% better than it was yesterday morning indicating I am stepping forward in my life. No more stagnation for me!!

06.01.2022 I’ve recently reignites my interest in crystals. For a while I felt like their popularity made me lose their magic a bit but I’m over that now and really connecting with certain crystals in a more magical and meaningful way. Just saw this and was surprised to find a few of my favs on this list. I love cleansing some crystals with water but this list has me remembering the importance of knowing what you have and what water (or salt) might do if you bathe your crystals to cleanse them.

03.01.2022 Ive been Tarot-ing on and off for about 3 years now. I recently bought a tarot mastery course from Udemy and after a few hours of study and reacquainting myself with the card meanings, Ive managed to blow my own mind on 4 extremely confronting, accurate and insightful readings that showed me my indecision and over complicated business plan was leading me on a one way train to unsuccessville. They showed me Ill never quit but Ill never succeed because I cant commit to a... specific path or direction. I get overwhelmed by the amount of ideas I have and I realise now I need to strip it down to what I really want. I was both surprised and unsurprised when I learned of the elements of Lumisoluna that arent destined to work. So... bye bye dreams of a YouTube channel, bye bye selling crystals, bye bye learning astrology and numerology on a professional level. Hello reiki and pendulum healing, the jewellery and crystal grid sets are also staying as well as both spiritual and craft workshops later in the year. The most surprising and exciting card I pulled was for my monthly hang out idea; a monthly free meeting of likeminded women just to chat and connect and talk about woo woo things. 01.01.2022 Its official! Lumisoluna is now a place to get healing treatments through Reiki! What an amazing weekend. The next few weeks will be me practicing on myself and willing guinea pigs. My practice will be a female only one for a few reasons but mainly its what Im drawn to. I wont be asking you if youd like a treatment personally but if youre keen to give me a go in this training period Ill leave that up to you to ask. Healing only works if the participants are willing. Yay me!!
