21.01.2022 You. Are. Welcome. #calvesequalhappiness

16.01.2022 Whatever the challenge is, is the gold, is the opportunity, because that’s life creating a bit of friction to polish you. So be patient, be trusting, be loving, be accepting.... Peter Crone I’ve been listening to this guy @petercroneofficial on some podcasts. I love the way he thinks. Seeing your crappy circumstances as an opportunity is not easy but the break thrus are wayyyy better than lying down and taking it. Go for gold #petercrone #tryingtobeabetterhuman #goforgold

13.01.2022 If you're craving nature and after a few ideas to toy with from the comfort of your digs, head over to https://lunakasha.com.au/musings/ for my musings on Nature in Isolation. Make sure you send me evidence of any outcomes especially the fire

12.01.2022 It’s always a good time to be nice but it’s especially good to be nice now because the world has gone cray and everyone’s a bit cranky. So the next time you see someone (virtual or in the flesh) say a kind and truthful word, it might just change the course of their shitty day.

11.01.2022 A little moment in nature with the only sound coming from the birdies. Sorry I fell off the face of the planet but getting ready for this trip around Oz took all my energy and more. We are now on the road and I promise to stay in touch more regularly after some deep breaths out and retrieving my adrenals from wherever they’re hiding. I am honestly a little overwhelmed at the destruction we are about to see and what on earth we can possibly do to help but I’m sure it will a...ll unfold. I’ve seen some awesome locations to shoot some yoga classes for you so stay tuned, I just need to get out of bed before the other campers which is hard now marron season is upon us #lunakashayoga #rainonthefires #docoolshitbeforeyouredead

10.01.2022 Tacos remind us that falling apart is part of the deliciousness of life . It’s ok to be messy. It’s ok to feel like your guts fell onto the floor in front of you.... Feel it, sit with it then roll yourself up in a warm blanket and transform yourself into a burrito

09.01.2022 Well looky here, having a cuppa at Emu Point cafe in Albany and Wellbeing mag wrote an article for me. Luckily our van has the perfect amount of space I can do some practice in when the outside is too windy or public but we seem to be doing more hiking than yoga atm which is just as awesome.

09.01.2022 It seems that human nature is such that we balk at changing until things get really bad and we're so uncomfortable that we can no longer go on with business as usual. This is as true for an individual as it is for a society. We wait for crisis, trauma, loss, disease, and tragedy before we get down to looking at who we are, what we are doing, how we are living, what we are feeling, and what we believe or know, in order to embrace true change. Often it takes a worst-case scenario for us to begin making changes that support our health, relationships, career, family, and future. My message is: Why wait? Dr Joe Dispenza

06.01.2022 Yessss life is not just the good bits it’s the whole messy, exhilarating shebang. Take what you learn on your mat into your world.

05.01.2022 ...lurking in the shadows of the uncertainty and chaos, there is a sliver of hope. There are new, if forced, patterns of behavior emerging that beg us to ask ourselves: Maybe cooking is better than going out? Maybe less convenience is more fulfilling? Maybe remote work is more efficient and better for the environment?... Maybe I don’t need new clothes, trinkets, and devices to be happy? Maybe I actually like my kids, and, more surprisingly, maybe they even like me? Maybe growing a carrot makes it taste better? Maybe I should know my neighbors’ name? Maybe I don’t need to pursue some romantic notion of traveling the world? Maybe God is exactly where I am? Maybe if enough people wake up to a better way of life then we can define new metrics of collective success and the myth of endless growth can wither away? Maybe we can create sustainable local economies that don't require exploitation of anonymous workers and landscapes around the globe? Maybe we can rediscover a passion for civic engagement and reinvigorate the public square? Maybe there is a new human story? Jeff Krasno

03.01.2022 Tiny Space Yoga! Is this a thing or am I on to my cash cow Travelling around Australia is absolutely amazing and comes with it’s own challenges like:... What beach should we swim at today When should we have a cheese platter Where should I practice today Our van has just the right amount of space to do some basic asana but I’m having to get creative with longer practices. Here’s my short twisty stretch this morning (sorry my undies tag is showing ) to try and move all those cheese platters through I’m hoping to teach a few classes in the caravan parks we stay at, I’m just enjoying holiday mode atm #lunakashayoga #tinyspaceyoga #enjoyingdowntime #yatagshangingout

03.01.2022 I’m back and I wrote a blog! It’s only taken several months since I left home to go travelling across Australia, to pull my finger out and update my website etc... I just needed to stop everything and simply be. And so now I’m being instead of treading water, surviving my hectic life. Here are some goats I’m hanging out with atm, they make me very happy watching them goof around. Not yoga per se and no I’m not starting yoga with goats (maybe goats cheese ) www.lunakasha.c...om.au/blog/ #yogawithgoatscheese #farmlife #justbe
