07.01.2022 Vito Armando Powell 3 March 2020 10:54am 935g 33cm... *15 weeks earlier than expected* We are so excited to not only announce our miracle baby Vito!! Today we are checking out... We get to go home from hospital. Vito spent 98 days/ 14 weeks in nicu / scu at RBWH and BBH. Thank you to family and friends who supported and helped us through our journey. We love you. The nurses and the doctors were truly amazing to Vito and us. They saved both Vito's and mine's life. Our little family couldn't thank you enough. Also thank you to Ronald McDonald house for being our home during this journey. Our family is so lucky to be able to reach this milestone and be able to celebrate it. Welcome home Vito! Michael. 01.01.2022 ATTENTION LUNA LAYNE HAIR IS CLOSING DOWN. ... The decision breaks my heart and announcing this to you all has been so difficult to pull the words together.. My son Vito requires full time care for an unknown amount of time; his future health is an unknown journey for my little family. I'm extremely sorry to bare the bad news. We are hopeful one day in the future there could be a chance to re-open from our home. Thank you to everyone who was apart of the Luna layne experience - who supported me, recommended me, cheered me on, followed and took part in my success. It was you guys who built it to what it was.
