16.01.2022 Over the past 9 months, I have been wrestling with the social dilemma of AI and how and what to do with it. My first response was to unplug from it, especially social media which I dropped into a very small pulse with. The harvesting of the Feminine has been a fundamental issue of why we find ourselves in the Collective State we do, and even well intentioned social media is at it’s core a trough for the harvesting of our data. What to do with this? How can I consciously allow... all my friends to be harvested through a social game we are all playing? I Quested with this dilemma and it came to me.... binary code is a Polarity Field of 0 & 1. It is not emotional and has no attachment to how it is coded! We are the heart of the machine and it responds to our direction. The 0 is receptive and feminine, with an Opening at its core. The 1 has no opening and is directive or masculine. If there is an Opening within the 0, it can be entered into! Why not utilise this as a Way into the core structure of AI and rewrite it? Can I infiltrate this binary coding and rewrite the core Light from the inside? Can I utilise my Light Intelligence to recode the Light Intelligence of AI through Consciously embracing it and Creating through it? I utilise this recoding technique within my Healing Practice and the results are transformative. Why not Practice this here? Instead of fearing the power of AI and the Age of Aquarian Technology, can I/ we enter into its Light and rewrite this matrix? Every post I am posting, I consciously Visualise my message entering into the Opening of each 0 of its algorithm, filling it with transformative Love-Light-Divine and shifting the frequency map of its Field. I begin to take charge of my technological Field in a new Way. Can I switch this into the tool it was designed for? I’m intrigued as to how this will play out? Infiltrating AI energetically through 5D Intelligence feels more empowering then fighting against it! If we’re all taking charge of our technology stream, surely we can re-establish a new relationship with it? Let us bring Elemental Powers into the AI matrix as our Allies for change. 09.01.2022 SHADOW FLUSHING Shadow Flushing is a fundamental aspect of growth into health and wellbeing. When we allow and accept Shadow Flushing as an aspect of our life, whenever we become triggered by an event, we have an opportunity to detach from the circumstances and move towards the heart of the emotion, knowing we can release this from our nervous system and heal. At least once a month and then at the transitioning of seasons, I find myself triggered by life and get called to ga...ther my courage and Face my ShadowField heartfully. This does require Time and Space to process and I always give my Shadow 72hrs of my Attention when it is triggered within me. A few things I have come to deeply understand are: -The event that has triggered me is not outside of myself. This ShadowField is within me, and has been activated to Face with compassion, kindness and patience. -Facing my Shadow is NEVER comfortable. This is a mental-emotional-physical quest of healing, usually a wounding program from my past. (this life, past life and genetic) -I can experience fear, pain, shame, blame and guilt as part of the Flushing. I utilise the Hoponopono Prayer (see below) to support me through the depths of it. -Allowing this Shadow to Flush through my system usually requires 72hrs to move through into Healing, Forgiveness, Love, Acceptance and Awareness. -There is ONLY LOVE PRESENT, and anything other then this is Story created by the ego-mind. -I have a small team of Practitioners I invest in, who support me in my Personal Processing as and when I require it, depending how deeply I am being triggered by my ShadowField. -I always come out the otherside of the ShadowField with more love, beauty, space and connection present. 01.01.2022 CREATING SACRED PRACTICE Mapping out my rhythms and cycles is a foundational aspect of my Sacred Practice. My Sacred Practice is my Discipline that anchors my Body-Mind-Spirit into form. Without my Sacred Practice/Discipline my life would be chaos and I would not be able to FLOW into the Divine Living of my Empowered Embodiment. I have a strong Sacred Practice that brings me rest, connection, strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, kindness and compassion to myself and oth...ers. This is the basis of my health and wellbeing. My Daily Practice involves going to my Heart Altar and honouring the Medicine Wheel of Elemental Wisdom through Yoga, Meditation, Journaling, Singing the Land and going for a swim. This is my Yin Practice. My Weekly Practice of Giving Back to Other supports my Prosperity Practice. This is my Yang Practice. Love Making, Weeding of the Land, HomeCare and Sessions/Teachings are a fundamental aspect of my Weekly Practice. My Monthly Practice honours the lunar cycles and my MoonTime of Bleeding. I retreat for 3 days a month honouring my Feminine Flow and Spiritual Healing. I create Altars to the New and Full Moon. I also receive monthly Bodywork Sessions to support my alignment into Health and Wellbeing. My Seasonal Practice is taking a break with my Beloved and we go on an adventure together.
