16.01.2022 How about trying some Lupin Waffles - this recipe was sent in from one of our customers :-) 3 cups of oats and 1 cup of lupin seeds soaked overnight in water, add 1 tsp celtic salt and approx 4 cups of water then blend until smooth. Bake in waffle iron for 9 minutes and serve with avocado, alfalfa sprouts and tomato - YUM!
