21.01.2022 Transformation Tuesday Results from the last 6 weeks as promised Flexible nutrition, which included cheat meals here and there... Training - but if I skipped a day it wasn’t the end of the world. Fuelled my body around training. Getting the water intake up and enough sleep. The truth is, there is no magic pill. You’re going to have to own your habits, moderate what you like and you can still achieve your goals. It’s not about sticking to a challenge to then plan a binge weekend afterwards and then starting from square one and feeling bad for yourself; break that unhealthy cycle. Be in it for the long haul with small daily changes. Your body and mind will thank you. Moderation and consistency is the key! If you’re not sure where to begin, shoot me a message and we can make it happen!

As always this is an ever changing situation, we will continue to communicate via our Facebook page if and when we are impacted by a change.... 17.01.2022 Like most of you, it’s been hard without the gym. Nearly 11 weeks have passed and I have not done much at all. This week marks the reopening of the gym. Routine again, a reason to get my ass back into gear. Before the force closure I was in the best condition of my life. I had 4 weeks till a State Competition. Now I’m back at square one. Quick break down of what I had put myself through,... Start Date : 13/1/20 Total Days : 77 Days Calories indulged : 286,440 Litres water : 231 Hours training : 148.5 No missing meals, No cheating, No skipping days. Everyday eat, train, sleep repeat results speak for themselves. I’m taking it upon myself to see what I can do in the 6 weeks from here. Motivated, I have a goal; I have drive again a fire that needs to burn. The Labyrinth has always been a way for me to express myself as me, so for the next 6 weeks I’ll take you on a ride with me on my journey to come back bigger, stronger than 11 weeks ago.

16.01.2022 Hey gang As of the 9th of June the gym will be opening adhearing to the restrictions and guidelines we'll have to follow. Therefore I will be running the gym as a PT studio. With Max of 6 people per group. ... 10 minutes between classes will be mandatory to sanitise used equipment for health and safety purposes. Previous PT clients will have priority to class times. 14.01.2022 Re-opening 24/7 Access Thanks to further easing of restrictions in SA we are stocked to be able to open the doors to existing and future Members as of Monday 6 July! With restrictions being lifted, we are all still required to adhere to the social distancing and hygiene rules of COVID-19:... - Sanitise hands upon entry and exit - Keep social distancing and 1.5 meters away from other members in the gym - Bring your own full length (beach) towel for machines and mat use - Wipe down equipment with wipes provided before and after use - If you have cold or flu symptoms, please stay home and return to the gym when you are healthy. All previously suspended memberships will be reinstated as of Monday 6 July, unless otherwise arranged. We look forward to seeing you all back in the gym and chasing your goals!
