15.01.2022 To my valued clients firstly I would like to thank all of you for your support and loyalty over the many years you have been coming to me for your hair needs. Over the last 6 months last minute cancellations have been becoming a regular occurrence which really puts a strain on sole trader businesses as appointment times become very hard to fill without appropriate notice. I am going to implement the following policy for any cancellations that haven’t given 24 hour notice. ...A cancellation fee will apply depending on the amount of time I have booked out for your appointment, and if you wish to reschedule your appointment that appointment will need to be paid in full prior to your booking being made.
