10.01.2022 JUST ANOTHER MANIC MONDAY Heya Folks. How have you all been?... I had been feeling a little out of balance and little overwhelmed as the festive season speeds up.... Work, study, fitness, financial and family commitments...all compounding and intensifying...EEK! Know them feels?! SO....Today I took 5 minutes out of the hectic schedule for myself and WOWZA I truly do feel a lot calmer! All I did, was a quick and simple meditation by Gabby Bernstein....and yes it only took 5 minutes ;) I know I am worthy of least 5 minutes to myself and so are you!
