25.01.2022 'The Aristocrat' design is inspired by New York-style apartments which signified luxury residences in a prime location. A modern interpretation of neo-classical architectural design, accentuates its built form wrapped with stone cladding wall, textured stone façade detail and bronze-like metal cladding. The building scale is broken down through expression of articulation, different materials, proportional arched frame openings and glazing, balcony planters and feature screens. Lobby entry is emphasized with a grander portico and featured wall which induce a sense of homecoming. Beyond that, a resort-like recreational area is provided along with an infinity pool to encourage outdoor activities and relaxation. Designed by PBD Architects and built by Luxcon Group

A deal worth more than $140 million for the most expensive residence in Australia has been inked for the top three floors of Lendlease’s yet-to-be-built Tower 1 development at Barangaroo South. The off-the-plan sale includes the two-storey penthouse atop the Renzo Piano-designed building and a sub-penthouse directly below.... Independent sources say the two apartments were purchased in one line by a local who is expected to make the penthouse their home when completed in late 2023 and use the sub-penthouse as separate living quarters.
