24.01.2022 Tradies do the darnedest things. Next door to our office is a large building site. There is a lot of activity and there is always a jostle for parking. One day recently one of our staff was trying to get the car out when one of the group of builders said, "I see you all coming in and out all day. What do you do?" When they heard that we provide home care to Melbournes elderly these big burly guys just stopped dead in their tracks and spontaneously gave a standing ovation.... Despite the lockdowns, social isolating and huge changes to the way we live we are so grateful of our sense of community. We really are in this together.

24.01.2022 A BIG thank you to M for going above and beyond today. M could see Mr G had got a bit wobblier on his feet since his last visit and quickly called his Care Manager. She had been struggling with her arthritis so after a trip to her #specialist last week we focused on some gentle exercises and a review of her #medication. 14.01.2022 Had a lovely meeting with a new client today. Mrs W has been in hospital for quite a while and was very nervous about going home. Having spoken to some other companies previously she thought the options offered were not really helpful. That has changed as of today and everything she wants has been taken care of by Luxe Care. Pick up from hospital, settle in at home, shop, cook up a storm the way she likes it and make sure she is happy. With a little bit of expert wound care along the way.
