04.01.2022 How to stay motivated to train. Find how you enjoy training & what gets you result. Results = adherence. Think of these three principles ; overload , adaptation and stress. Training is a stressor. Body adapts. Recovers. Change Occurs. Overloading the body can come from total training volume , intensity ( load and time under tension ) and frequency of sessions. If you aren't seeing changes from your usual routine your body has most likely adapted and just needs one the above ...to be adjusted. Don't just train for aesthetics. Train to be stronger , train for muscular balance , train to have awesome posture & keep you mobile through an entire lifetime. Train to see how far you can challenge your body , lift heavier , move faster and jump higher. Determine your why & develop some serious grit. Determine your barriers & create solutions to remove them. Happy Thursday Xx Z See more
