05.01.2022 Being a mum is challenging, it takes a huge toll on your mental strength, your body and your energy. It is also extremely rewarding, and everything our bodies endure to get there is always worth it. The biggest challenge we face as mums is self love. When you focus all your energy on those around you, when is it your turn? I have such a special love for doing boudoir photo shoots with mums.
