15.01.2022 Congratulations Jane + Ben Our quintessential Barefoot Elopement with a handful of guests on Belongil Beach behind their resort at @elementsofbyron LOVED the lace cape dress from @grace_loves_lace - perfection on Jane... Easy access with buggies to cart everyone around, a quick walk to the beach and photos onsite at Elements Resort. We highly recommend them for your accommodation! There was 90% cloud coverage and a threatening storm (crack of thunder but went out to sea), it created this natural filtered light! Another stunning bouquet by @_pikt. When Jane saw it she said WOW it looks just like the Pinterest image! In Jane’s words: Thank you so much for everything. Our elopement was exactly how we wanted it, relaxed and easy with beautiful photos to cherish forever. All the vendors were amazing and had such a great energy. My bouquet was the most beautiful arragement I've ever seen and smelt stunning. The whole process and experience was perfection. Our elopement photos are amazing! I can't stop looking at them. Sarah really captures those special moments and makes you feel really comfortable. Her photos have a natural, clean and airy feel creating timeless moments. Thank you so much for photographing our special day it was a dream. 13.01.2022 What a lovely surprise a Xmas review from Mr + Mrs Morris I can't thank SJ and the team at Luxe Elopements enough for creating the most magical experience, and beautiful wedding that my partner and I could ever ask for. With only two months to plan our wedding, SJ and her team showed tremendous dedication and poured a lot of love into our intimate beach wedding.The process was super easy, and stress free. The price for the quality of service was unbeatable. SJ and her tea...m really listened to our wants and desires for our wedding, and it could not have been more perfect. Even though 2020 wasn't the year that my husband and I had planned, it ended up being the year for us. This year allowed us to slow down, and focus on what's important to us as a couple, and it lead us to get married sooner than we had planned! This would not have been possible without the wonderful team at Luxe Elopements. So, if you are ever on the fence about having a big wedding or a small intimate wedding, I 100% recommended a small intimate wedding with Luxe Elopements! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat! 11.01.2022 Most popular beach + Review Answer: Cabarita Beach on the Tweed Coast. A hidden gem right inbetween the Gold Coast and Byron Bay. Away from tourists and recently voted number 1 beach in Australia! You can have your ceremony in the sand with giant black rocks surrounding you like a circle or up against a line of Pandama trees or up on the headland ... Review: Sarah-Jane made our wedding day the most stress free elopement you could ask for. It was everything we expected & more. SJ did everything for us to the point of me ringing her because I thought I wasn’t doing enough. Our day was perfect & we have the most amazing photos to cherish. Our celebrant Leisa & musician James were awesome making everyone feel relaxed. The atmosphere on the day is something we will never forget. Thank you SJ & your incredible team

09.01.2022 Congratulations Jodie + Justin Location: Cabarita Beach It was a tropical hot, balmy day with 90% cloud coverage = perfect filtered light! They had travelled to the area a year ago and fell in love with the Tweed Coast. Just up the road from Byron - without the tourists or price tag ... The started as a *couples only* elopement but ended up with 10 x guests that consisted of Jodie’s sons + Justin’s new Grandbaby! Sometimes it’s nice to have immediate family to share the day with They hired an Airbnb, got ready together and spent many days by the pool and ocean. Jodie’s favourite flower is a bright Gerbera! @sevenbloomscasuarina nailed the bright-gerbera brief with her bouquet. We pinched Justin’s buttonhole and used the flowers for Jodie’s hair Like most people, their exciting 2020 overseas trips were cancelled because of the *C word*. Thankfully Australia has some of the best tourist destinations in the world! Cabarita was recently voted #1 Beach in Australia! It’s fast becoming one of our favourite elopement locations. Keep an eye out for their sunset portraits at the Headland! 08.01.2022 Nothing like pre-Xmas FLOODS to add a little spice to your wedding plans We experienced major floods on the East Coast this week. Amy + Nathan were set to have a couples only elopement at @crystalcreekrainforestretreat - unfortunately the roads flooded and everyone was evacuated! Big hug to all our Tweed Hinterlands friends!! Luckily we were able to reschedule their Monday elopement to Wed, in hopes of better weather. Lucky for us our friends at @forgetmenotweddings have ...opened their gorgeous cabins in the Byron Hinterlands. These two got to exchange their vows on the pontoon - Huge shout out to owner Jo who helped make this happen We really do have the best wedding industry and community Back to our lovers, @dandifilms setup live streaming for their immediate family. We were ready with clear umbrellas but didn’t need them. We dodged a few storms and rain for an evening wedding. My Hair and Makeup girls were all flooded in so I jumped back on the tools before shooting. It was really peaceful vibe. Frogs croaking, cooler weather with that snuggly cabin feel. 02.01.2022 Congratulations Emily + Jake 2hrs before I flew to Port Douglas for a friends wedding I was capturing Emily + Jake’s stunning elopement in Byron Bay! THIS LIGHT ... I raced home from Byron to backup images while I had a quick shower and with lightening speed created these sneak peeks! We did nearly miss our flight haha I was running through the airport with wet hair Bloody Jetstar cancelled our morning flight - I thought I had all night to do these. Good thing I’m experienced at my job Location: Wategos Beach, Byron Bay It’s no secret this *instagram* location is *not* my favourite beach in Byron, why? Cos it’s packed!! No parking and it’s always stressful. We did politely ask several groups to move for the ceremony so they weren’t in the background and we could create a private space. They were happy too! Most people are accommodating. These are the top beach locations in Byron: Belongil, Wategos, Lighthouse and Broken Head @ceremoniesbyleisa did her thing while a family friend played Silverchair on the ukulele!! Loved it!!
