21.01.2022 Posted @withregram @deanna_luxehairstudio LETS TALK ABOUT COLOUR CORRECTION the beautiful @__erinlouisee came in with years of black and blue black box dye build up on her hair, we want to start the process of heading blonde. So this is how I broke it down.. I could have went In with a full head of foiling to lift it out lighter, but then we would have had the issue of still having the black in the areas that werent picked out, we also would have had the issue of the ...lightener blowing it out quickly and creating more Banding and more work to try and correct so I tackled the main concern, removing the black.. I applied a full head application of redkens blue oil lightener. I love the consistency of this product, its more gel like so makes for a quick and easy application with amazing saturation and coverage its also gentle so wont blow out the colour and will lift gently and evenly! I processed for full processing time and rinsed at the basin with redkens extreme shampoo. I then evened out the colour by applying seq gloss equal amount 05n and 06abn. Now we have a nice clean slate, the hair is still in optimal condition and we are ready to go back within the next few weeks and start the foiling process!!

We started off with a grown out scalp bleach and transitioned her to a softer lived In blonde with a little more depth and dimension! this will grow out so much softer then a scalp bleach creating much less maintenance swipe across to see the whole look! Formula Flash in tub and 20vol being super careful not to overlap, mids and ends flashlift with bonder inside and 10vol to clean out any o...ld scalp bleach bands. Between the foils to add depth to the roof area SEQ gloss 10g 08n 10g 06n and 5g 09g painted an inch passed the old Banding, Weaved out a lowlight through mids SEQ gloss 08n (Didnt apply to ends as I wanted to keep them bright. Gloss all over at the basin with 09v and 000 @ Luxe Hair Studio

07.01.2022 @deanna_luxehairstudio I love a good copper Do you know about redkens rubilane technology?? science was used to literally change the shape of the colour molecules so that instead of being round or ball shaped they are hexagon shaped so that the colour interlocks and the colour holds stronger and longer in the hair! Meaning our beautiful reds and coppers get far better longevity out of there vibrant colours ... How cool is that!!
