25.01.2022 This one was a big one for the luxe team as it was not only a vacate clean but also carpets, gardens the whole box and dice, but what a fantastic result.

25.01.2022 Another rush job for the luxe team in Maddington today as the tenants we're moving in late in the afternoon. Just the air-con alone was a ticking time bomb for the health of the occupants. The property manager was very impressed with the results at such short notice, that's why the luxe team is always the go to company, and first to be called to service their vacate requirements every time. Happy days

25.01.2022 Wow what stunning views !! Couldn't ask for a better job with the views from up here in this magnificent south Perth sub penthouse apartment today. The luxe team made the view much clearer as it was a good size job with a lot of glass to be cleaned and not to mention the huge balcony as well as the rest of this stunning home in such a beautiful location. Certainly put a smile on our faces while we were cleaning. Happy days on days like today

24.01.2022 Another eviction job. it just seems to be occurring so much more frequently now with tenants being evicted for non payment of their rent obligations. Sad to hear though as the tenant had lost their job, so was unable to make their rent payments. Just shows how tuff times are becoming out there.

22.01.2022 The luxe team were kept busy today with a full vacate clean on this cosy Wembley unit with lots of bird feacies and strange substances on a lot of surfaces throughout the property, Then it was off to see some regular customers for their regular cleans. We've been keeping busy during these unprecedented times which we're very happy about considering the lack of jobs around.

20.01.2022 This job was a two step process as there was no power to the property on the first day due to the tenants being evicted. So the first step was to cover the wet clean and then a follow up with vacuum and carpet clean. The results were good but due to budget constraints we couldn't deliver the best outcome as the owner had a very tight budget, but overall a massive improvement on what it was.

20.01.2022 A great day to be doing a vacate clean today, beautiful sunny weather and a neat little villa in a small group. Still took a while to bring it up though, only the shower would be better with some new silicone as the old joints were stained by mould and extremely difficult to make white again. However the carpets did come up very well with a clean.

20.01.2022 The owners were so happy with the vacate clean luxe carried out that they asked for us to come back and pressure clean the alfresco and courtyard paving. Big improvement if we must say so.

19.01.2022 Great way to start our very busy week with a vacate clean, garden and courtyards tidy up in Golden Bay. Dirty windows, cobwebs and spiders all around the fencing, walls and eaves of this lovely property. Just needs a carpet clean and it's ready for new tenants.

18.01.2022 The two tenants who were in this quality villa for 12 months did a pretty good job of maintaining the overall standard of keeping it clean if we must say so. It was a pleasure for the team to not have to scrub and clean relentlessly to revive it's original lustre, but none the less that's where the luxe team worked their magic to have it polished and make it shine like a new home for the next tenants moving in this Friday.

18.01.2022 Now for the other half of the granny flat. A full vacate clean throughout including quite a few grubby walls, windows, minor rubbish removal and a garden tidy up not to mention all the spiders and cobwebs around the two properties. Great results for a Friday's work but we're thinking we could be back to do a rubbish removal next week as there was all sorts of household belongings left behind.

16.01.2022 It's that time when we come together to celebrate and remember those who sacrificed the most precious thing they could "LIFE" to make this country great. So we have made our first batch of Anzac Biscuits in preparation to share with our business partners,family and friends to celebrate the spirit of Anzac day this Saturday. We like ours a little crunchy but chewy in the middle. How do you like yours ?

16.01.2022 An urgent vacate clean for this lovely ex display home in karnup. Overall the home was in a reasonable condition but the it's the attention to detail where we come in as it makes a massive difference in the overall presentation. Huge improvements in the kitchen, bathrooms and other areas that needed that next level clean.

16.01.2022 Friday in leafy Mosman Park. An original that's had a great make over. It was time to make this property shine again with a full vacate clean and wall detail with all our usual premium treatments ready for the next tenants. Lots of improvements throughout, just the kitchen and bathroom alone are sparkling again with huge improvements to the cook top, oven,dishwasher and shower recess, not to mention the rest of the home as well. Another top result by the Luxe team wouldn't you say, ??

14.01.2022 A great way to start the day with this lovely 2x1 in Wembley, a bit of a rush job as the tenant was waiting to move in once we had finished. She was very happy indeed with the results. Then off to look after a couple of regulars who were in preparation for Chinese New Years eve celebrations on Friday night as its year of the for 2020.

14.01.2022 OMG the smell in this property was putrid.the smell of urine, pet odours, blood and the cockroach infestation was horrible. And as for the carpets they should have been replaced, but the owner decide that a carpet clean would suffice. They came up ok giving the fact that they should have been binned. Just look at the colour of the extraction fluid this says it all. Clearly the last tenants had no regard for this home.

13.01.2022 We're certainly keeping busy at the moment and managed to fit in a vacate clean in leafy Shenton Park with fantastic results. What a difference achieved with a little bit of elbow grease and good quality cleaning and sanitising products.

12.01.2022 This one was a big one with lots to make shine again including carpets. Just the four air-cons were a health hazard in themselves, but with all the right products, tools and elbow grease we had this townhouse looking great. With a new coat of paint this home would be complete as all the walls were in need of a freshen up.

12.01.2022 Another urgent vacate clean executed by the luxe team as the new tenants will move in tomorrow. This was our second visit to this great complex on the banks of the swan in Rivervale and it's always a joy to work with views of our great city and optus stadium in the background. A great way to finish on Friday.

11.01.2022 This was an unexpected job today as an urgent detail was required. Went to collect keys for another property and bam your day changes in an instant as this one took priority. So, lucky for us the other property was not an urgent job to be cleaned, and that one will make an appearance shortly after we look after our regular clients for the next few days.

11.01.2022 Three guys and a cat didn't do to bad a job at keeping there rented home clean, but they insisted it was cleaned by professionals and that's where luxe premium cleaning came onto the scene to finish the finer details of their vacate clean. And as there is an open for inspection tomorrow for perspective new tenants, we gave the front the once over too just to remove all that leaf litter.

11.01.2022 No rest for the luxe team over the Christmas and New Year break. Another vacate clean which has transformed the home ready for its new tenants. Great results after a long day of hard work.

10.01.2022 This vacate clean was a little different than usual, our client wanted to save some money by doing a lot herself. Hats off to her as she only gave birth to a precious baby girl just over a week ago, not to mention moving the contents of a large 4x2 home. What an effort on her behalf she is one awesome lady. The luxe team just added the finishing touches to finish off the vacate clean.

08.01.2022 First was a quick tidy up of this great little granny flat under the main roof of the next job which was a little more work than this.

07.01.2022 Pressure cleaning and detailing of the bathroom, ensuite. And the two toilets had the mineral buildup removed. HUGE improvements made today to this great little home, just look at the difference to the carport and path to the front door, oil stains and grime gone! And we even had time to pick a couple of plump juicy ripe strawberries from the farm on the way home.(see the last three pics) What a way to end this days work, It just doesn't get much better.

07.01.2022 Farewell Australia This tenant is off home to her mother land of China at 12.00 tonight, including her feline fur baby after five years here of studying commerce and was in need of a vacate clean in her rented studio apartment today. She was very happy indeed with the end results.

07.01.2022 A very busy start to the week for the luxe team. First stop was a lovely new regular client and then a full vacate clean including a freshen up of the carpets as the property manager wasn't convinced they had already been professionally cleaned. The clean had to to be done swiftly as the new tenants were moving in late in the afternoon but as usual we delivered the desired results on time.

06.01.2022 Just a touch up job today in Rivervale with a small list requested by the property manager but there's always room for improvement on what has been listed, we just can't help ourselves to give that bit extra.

05.01.2022 It's not often we say this but the tenant of this particular property did a fabulous job of keeping his home clean over the last 12 months or so, it's a credit to him as it makes our job so much more pleasant. But when you have a fastidious landlord you have to have meticulous cleaners to have the home looking new again, but it still takes time to detail every area, some needing more than others.

04.01.2022 This morning was a tile and grout clean throughout and detailing of two bathrooms all with great results.

03.01.2022 This is the second property in this complex we have cleaned and we weren't as lucky this time as the tenants left it in pretty bad shape, considering it's only 12 months old. A full vacate clean, wall detailing and mark removal throughout, then to top it off there were mattresses and a fridge full of mould and nasty stuff that were in very bad shape.

02.01.2022 What a way to start the working week. A vacate clean where two occupants were assaulted by four men, including one wielding an axe were arrested and charged, all in relation to drug dealing gone sour. None the less we had a job to do and we executed it with passion, delivering results that even the home owner was overwhelmed with so much joy given how it looked prior to the luxe team's efforts, so much so she immediately sent a text to the property manager commenting on the results.

02.01.2022 What a day to be moving in as the weather is wet and wild in Meadow Springs. The new tenants are due to move in at 4.00pm today but the property wasn't up to scratch, so we were called in to make it ready. The only thing that is concerning is the carpet in the master bedroom will be damp after removing some nasty stains.Being so wet today the carpet won't be completely dry in time, but unfortunately this is the nature of the beast it sits vacant for weeks and then it's a mad rush to have it ready.

02.01.2022 Luxe premium cleaning to the rescue. With family arriving from overseas tomorrow, we were called in to treat a small mould problem in the bathroom which has been induced by exhaust fan failure and lack of ventilation. See the difference made by the team. The owners were so happy with the results and can now shower without fear.

01.01.2022 A big day for the luxe team First off a new regular client this morning which was extremely satisfied with our service, then off to a big 4x2 for a full vacate clean with a surprise behind the oven to start, what a mess, wall washing of all walls which were in bad shape with lots of stubborn marks. The finished results speaks for itself with the property looking and smelling fresh again.
