20.01.2022 Donna has just saved herself a massive $13,000 by using her points to book Business Class flights to Europe for a total cost of only $2,700 and 561,500 Velocity points. Donna and her Husband will be enjoying the brand new Singapore Airlines A350 Business Class which is a great introduction to their first International Business Class experience. A year ago Donna and I sat down to work out the best way for her to manager her points whilst maintaining her status with Velocity, Donna didn't have very high expectations and was just happy to get on top of her points and have a plan in place. Fast forward a year and not only will her and her husband be flying Business Class to Europe for the first time but she was also able to take her 3 boys to Hawaii and continue to maintain her Platinum Status with Velocity. 20.01.2022 What an amazing start to the journey home. The chauffeur dropped me to the private First Class check-in area where I was met by a bell boy to take my bags and was then escorted to a check-in desk, then proceeded through to dedicated passport control and security, then into the First Class lounge where I received a massage and have just sat down for a pre flight dinner and I have only been at the Airport for 30mins.

19.01.2022 Extremely happy with American Express Fine Hotels and Resorts. Booked into a standard room valued at roughly $300 a night and received a 7 category room upgrade to a $1,500 a night Imperial Suite, free breakfast, free bottle of wine, fruit platter and $100 USD spa credit great way to end the trip. Not all credit cards are created equally and whilst some have higher fees the benefits can usually outweigh the fees.

17.01.2022 I don’t normally encourage Domestic redemptions but when International Business Class is on offer and it’s a 5hr flight I can break the rules. 72,000 Qantas points and roughly $100 in taxes for return Business Class to Perth is pretty good value.

13.01.2022 Having a shower at 38,000 feet has to be one of the best perks offered on a flight. Emirates haven't disappointed, the presentation of the amenity kit with awesome pj's and the heated floor 10/10 and to think this cost less than Economy .

03.01.2022 The biggest redemption booking made so far, $80,000 worth of Business Class Flights booked for $6,730 and 2,118,000 points. The family of 6 are lucky enough to be visiting Santa’s Lapland Village for Christmas. Their trip includes visits to Hong Kong, Amsterdam and London on the way over with a few days stop over in Dubai on the way home to warm up. It feels great to be helping families travel the world and do it in luxury without breaking the bank.
