15.01.2022 We have two very large 1 bed apartments in the very centre of Cheltenham, Gloucestershire to hand over to a new Operator. Both are fully furnished and equipped ( incl laundry owned by us ) as SA apartments and have been running since 2018 . Fully systemised via Sabs management , Tokeet and our cleaners with keycode entry to building and keyboxes for each apt. We advertised these just prior to Lockdown and the reason for letting them go remains the same , I am running ano...ther business which is expanding and I just can't offer the time needed to run the apts properly. The apts are held on R2R basis with 12 mths remaining on our term . Our Landlord is very pro SA and has his own SA business locally ( little more upmarket to ours ) . He is happy to extend the contract or re-negotiate a new one for the right operator and has 5 more apts in this block and an adjoining one he would let to SA ...... ( was my plan originally ) . I have put together an info pack for those interested , please get in touch and I will send it to you. Cheltenham is undergoing massive change from 2020 with a huge Cyber park being built near GCHQ which will bring lots more companies and business to the town . We attract a mixture of corporate and tourist trade with Cheltenham races and the many festivals in the summer. We have had NHS staff stay with us throughout lockdown but we are now slowly starting to take bookings and are fully booked for the races in 2021. Happy to show people around who are seriously considering the offer. There is a fee for the takeover which we can discuss with interested parties , this is negotiable for a quick turnaround . 13.01.2022 If you are stuck in a hotel room self isolating or can't get back to your home due to cancelled flights , we have two large one bed apartments ( sleep4 ) that will be available for self catering stays until all this horrible virus gets sorted . Give yourself lots of extra space but still retaining your privacy. We can offer our apartments at extra reduced rates due to the crisis . This is an unprecedented and unpredictable time ..... we will try and help all we can wh...ilst accommodation is needed for a vast array of reasons. The flats are large , fully equipped and situated by public transport and all the shops in Cheltenham town centre . Both flats have fully equipped kitchens , crockery , cutlery etc and washing machines . We will supply bedding and towels and if needed will try and organise shopping etc to be delivered . Unlimited Hi speed wifi will allow facetime contact with family . The apartments are fully equipped as serviced lets so come with everything you need for a self catered stay . We can supply shopping ( at cost ) to the door and will disinfect and deep clean between stays , also allowing days in between for natural dispersal. All bedding and to...wels supplied .
