Here at LUXURY ON THE MURRAY HOUSEBOATS we are in NO WAY related to and not associated with the aforementioned company despite the similarity in business names, we have proudly operated under our brand of Luxury on the Murray Houseboats for the past 18 years, developing an excellent reputation while the other company has had their name for a much shorter period. We have worked very closely and successfully with our customers over the past months to assist in providing reasonable options for them to consider such as credits and rescheduling which we have done acting on advice from NSW Fair Trading. We take our excellent reputation and high standing in the Echuca Moama and Tourism community very seriously and while these are difficult times and circumstances, we have a business to run which we have always endeavoured to & will continue to do so in a fair, reasonable and equitable manner. And as Jack F...rost gently settles in here on the Murray, we turn up the heat on embracing experiences and adventures that celebrate the winter chill. At EM, the colour of winter lies in our imagination. It has a certain slowness, romance and nostalgia to it that can not be seen or touched. Its a feeling you get as you breathe in the brisk, fresh air while gazing out across the Murray in all her winter glory; or when youre exploring our riverside tracks, ancient red gum forests and historic streets rugged up in your winter woolies; and when youre tucked away in a cosy nook of a little wine bar or eatery, hands wrapped around a hot mug of coffee or full bodied red. Its discovering local artisans, providores and winemakers in our laneways, markets and paddocks; visiting rare exhibitions at our museums and art galleries; cruising our countrys longest river on board a paddlesteamer or taking a horse-drawn carriage ride through the heart of our historic town. Its winter cocktails, festivals and after dark adventures; clear, crisp nights of stargazing in our wide open skies; and the crackle of burning wood, hot flickering flames and toasted marshmellows as you sit around a campfire with friends and family.
