Yeah, this is called gym anxiety. That feeling of embarrassment or being judged, but I’m here to help you overcome this! Focus solely on yourself ... When you’re focusing on your own session, you won’t have the time to compare yourself to others. Put those headphones in and begin your sweat sesh without wondering what people are thinking. Exercise in quiet times If possible, try and make it to the gym when it’s most quiet. This would be usually between 9-4, this will help you build up your confidence! Have a plan Have your session planned out and written on paper; so that you’re not walking around figuring out what to do next.
