Warning my recipe contains 2 whole blocks of chocolate WHAT YOU WILL NEED 2 1/2 cups of plain flour 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1/2 cup of white sugar 220g of soft butter 2 large eggs 1 tsp of vanilla extract 2 tsp of baking powder 1 tsp of baking soda Pinch of salt 170g of milk chocolate 180g of caramilk METHOD Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Cream butter,both sugars & vanilla together Add eggs mix well Add flour,salt,baking soda & baking powder Chop chocolate into good size chunks and add to mixture .mix well You can use a ice cream scoop or just kick it old school roll into balls by hand . Roll into balls and place on a lined baking tray Press down a little with your fingers Bake for 14mins -Leave on tray for 10mins after cooked then move to cooling rack -Once fully cold place in container to keep fresh. Now put on the jug and enjoy IMPORTANT NOTE All my recipes are from the heart & I have put so much time into sharing them with everyone .Please don't use my hardwork for personal gain or share it as your own.Always acknowledge where you have learnt something from kia ora Krystlle cosgrove
